Minimum number of new orders requirement

Commission gets cut if you no longer meet the requirements of a minimum number of new orders
If you do not keep the new orders flow at the minimum required number, the following cuts will be applied:

1. % for re-bill is downgraded to 20% if within the last 2 months there was not a single First order
2. % for re-bill is downgraded to 10% if within the last 6 months there was not a single First order
3. % for re-bill is downgraded to 5% if within the last year there was not a single First order
4. % for re-bill is downgraded to 2% if within the last 2 years there was not a single First order
